TechPlusHost enforces strictly transparent resource allocation. All hardware infrastructure is monitored and load balanced. All provided resources are guaranteed to customers and can be fully used. The average load threshold per node is 30%. If there is a node overload during peak moments, we seamlessly migrate problematic VPS to a different node.
Attention: Guaranteed use of CPU means that server CPU core(s) can be loaded up to 90% of capacity, bursting up to 100% for no more than 59 minutes.
